This Privacy Policy applies to the information collected from you while you are using the Banner Life Sciences (“Banner”) website located at BANNERLS.COM (the “Site”), which is directed to our U.S. customers.  In this document, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Banner, and “user,” “you” and “your” mean users of the Site.

When you use our Site, we may collect personal information about you, such as your name and email address.  For example, we will collect this information when you utilize the “GET MORE INFO” function on our Site.  We use this information to respond to your inquiries or requests.  We may also use this information to keep you informed about our latest developments or products.  If you choose to call us at one of the numbers provided on our Site, then our call center representatives may collect additional information from you in order to address the reason for your call.

If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the preceding calendar year.  At this time, Banner does not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes so this requirement does not apply to us.

Our Site may contain links to other sites.  We do not endorse and are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites, even if we are affiliated with or commonly owned by those companies. The Privacy Policy presented here does not apply to such sites.  If you have any questions about these other companies’ data practices, you should review their privacy policies.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy, at any time.  If we change this Privacy Policy, we will update the Effective Date listed above.  Your continued use of the Site means that you agree with our updated Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree with our updated Privacy Policy, you may not use our Site.
